INTRODUCTION TO THE MILITARY DEPLOYMENT CYCLE AND INTRODUCTION TO THE MILITARY
9:30 - 11:30 a.m.
This course will start with a brief introduction to the branches of the military, the National Guard and the Reserves. How long are the deployments? How often do they go? How do the families respond to these separations? What are some of the psychological issues when the loved one returns from war?
